We regularly collect anonymous or pseudo-anonymous analytical information on your site usage. This information is used to improve our site services and security.
From time to time we may include brand promotions as a part of our posts. If you elect to click on a product link, we will obtain anonymous or pseudo-anonymous analytics about your use or purchase of the promotion. We may also receive a commission on your purchase or link click.
We do not sell any of your information or allow unauthorized third parties to have access to it. We may use third-party vendors for marketing, promotions, or other services that you have opted into and therefore we only disclose necessary information to those third-party vendors. If you purchase a product, merchandise, or engage in any other financial transaction with us on our platform or with one of our e-commerce partners, we are required to store the details of your transaction for tax and other compliance purposes. We store all invoices and reciepts issued for 5 years from the date of issue. Our e-commerce partner(s) may have different terms of storage.
Any information that you post on a public portion of this site is subject to archiving, indexing, or long-term storage by third parties. In some situations, we and our hosting partner are legally obligated to archive your data and we only do so to the extent the law requires.
If we receive a summons, warrant, or other court order we may be required to disclose any all information we have about you and the use of our services to law enforcement. We may not have direct decision-making ability on the disclosure of certain digital data since we do not store your data on servers we own. We may not even know your data was disclosed. When we do have decision-making ability we will make every lawful attempt to preserve your privacy.
If we detect or receive a notification that our services have experienced a cybersecurity breach where your data or information may have been exposed, we will alert you immediately to such an occurrence. We will also alert you to all information exposed during the breach, if we confirm your information was a part of a breach. We may also be required to publically disclose certain details about the breach not including your personal information.
